With a distinct golden hue attributed by yeast development in bottle from over 5 years on lees. This premium sparkling wine displays exquisite nutty, toasted notes on the nose with a hint of sea spray and oyster shell. On the palate, it delivers a seamless crisp acid line with a creamy layered palate indicative to the cool climate of the Pipers River Region of Tasmania. Clover Hill sparkling wine is sourced from pre-eminent vineyards in Tasmania, an area acknowledged as the premier location for cool-climate sparkling wine in Australia. This wine has elegance, texture and complexity which are all trademarks of the house style of Clover Hill.  

A rich aroma of fresh cherry and cloves on the nose is underpinned by a soft savouriness to the Taltarni Dynamic Pinot Noir. This depth of aroma transitions seamlessly, with flavours of red forest fruits and ripe cherries being balanced with a soft yet persistent strawberry flavour. The Taltarni Dynamic Pinot Noir is refined by the aged French oak, producing a mouth-filling wine that still retains a crispness that lingers in a long and clean finish.

The Taltarni ‘dynamic’ range of wines represents the style, taste and artistic expression of our winemakers. The ancient Cambrian earth is the iconic red soil that the vineyards of Heathcote are established on. This soil is widely regarded as the reason for the region’s unique Shiraz with distinctive fruit aromas and choc-mocha flavours. Sourced from a single vineyard, the grapes were harvested in the cool of the early morning and placed into open-top fermenters where they were allowed to cold soak to maximise the flavour extraction. With fermentation starting naturally, the grapes were submerged under the wine with French oak planks. This was done to optimize the natural flavours of the grapes while extracting elegant, soft tannin. Once pressed, the wine was placed into a range of aged French oak barrels to further enrich & develop.
