Utilising a combination of stainless steel tank to preserve fruit flavours and aged oak to develop the texture, the wine is complex and is perfectly balanced. With ripe, dark berry aromas and flavours of sweet red fruit, notes fresh herbs and a subtle oak on the finish ‐ the wine exhibits all the finest elements of the traditional blend.

The 2019 T‐Series Shiraz boasts aromas of dark fresh red berry with notes of light spices. These aromas transition to the palate via flavours of blueberry and cassis, with a hint of oak that lingers in a luscious finish. Drink now or age for up to 5 years.

The Taltarni T Series is a fresh range of premium wines for enjoying everyday moments . . . to a t. Taltarni T Series Brut is sourced from various cool-climate regions, predominantly from Taltarni’s Pyrenees vineyard, but also from carefully selected sites in the Alpine Valleys, Adelaide Hills and Tasmania. This NV is a traditional method sparkling made from the classic sparkling varieties: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. This particular wine is a Pinot dominant blend and is made up of 60% current vintage and 40% reserve wine that is aged in stainless steel and older French oak.

This depth of aroma transitions seamlessly, with flavours of red forest fruits and ripe cherries being balanced with a soft yet persistent strawberry flavour. The Taltarni Dynamic Pinot Noir is refined by the aged French oak, producing a mouth-filling wine that still retains a crispness that lingers in a long and clean finish.
